Cancellation & Refund Policy

7 or more days before the scheduled courseEligible for a full refund or one-time transfer to a future course date.

3–6 days before the scheduled courseEligible for a 50% refund or one-time transfer to a future course date.

Less than 3 days before the scheduled courseNo refunds and no transfers will be issued for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.

Participants who fail to attend a scheduled course forfeit all fees paid. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted.

Courses begin promptly at the posted start time. Participants arriving 15 minutes or more late may be denied entry for safety and instructional reasons. This will be treated as a no-show and is not eligible for refund or transfer.

Approved transfers must be scheduled within 90 days of the original course date. Transfers are granted one time only. Additional rescheduling requires a new registration and full payment.

If a course is canceled or rescheduled by Sling & Stone Defense-Training, LLC due to instructor availability, facility issues, or safety concerns, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a new date at no additional cost.

Sling & Stone Defense-Training, LLC is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or personal expenses incurred by participants.

In rare cases involving verified emergencies (hospitalization, military orders, etc.), Sling & Stone Defense-Training, LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future course. Documentation is required. Approval is not guaranteed.

By submitting payment, participants affirm that:

They have read and understood this policy.

They accept full responsibility for attending the scheduled course.

They understand that refunds and transfers are strictly limited and enforced without exception.
